Designed to keep professional growth and learning at their core, our programs equip teams with an artillery of practical information and expertise that they can use immediately after their training sessions.

Business

Customer Service

This program focuses on developing participants’ customer handling, etiquette, and negotiation skills by making sense of theory, practice, and how the two go hand-in-hand. With a focus on the practical application of skills discussed in class, participants are expected to walk away from the course with the ability to exercise these skills in their day-to-day work environment.

Leadership & Innovation

A suite of immersive workshops, task-based activities, and hands-on roleplaying designed to train leaders to assert themselves in a way that’s professional, firm, and polite. This program equips company leaders with what it takes to lead their team toward success in an innovation-driven world.

Professional Communication

This language proficiency program focuses on industry-specific situations and skills across the board--be it written, verbal, or a hybrid of both. Designed to help professionals flex to the demands of business and business partners, this program uses hands-on practice to enhance theory and deepen the participants’ understanding of communication in the professional world.

Team Building

Designed to fit your company's objectives, our team building programs provide participants with a battery of activities which promote a healthy group dynamic, build camaraderie, and boost employee morale whilst also providing participants with concrete skills that they can use in the workplace.

This four-hour class gives participants  hands-on experience with the world of flavors and food. It focuses on techniques that help participants create delicious meals. Comprised of a hands-on demonstration for each specific recipe and a guided food tasting, participants are expected to come away from the class with a renewed zest for culinary endeavors.

Enderun has come up with an innovative and effective way of improving employee performance, straightening analytical reasoning, creative thinking and uplifting corporate team spirit, that is, through the Enderun Robotics Team Building Program.  This course offers participants a fun bonding experience that’s modern and innovative.

Strategic Sales Workshop

Culinary

FoodSHAP

FoodSHAP is a comprehensive food handling program geared toward promoting safety and avoiding any food-borne illnesses. Through rigorous sanitation training, practice, and assessment, participants will be equipped with the necessary know-how to prepare food in the safest way possible.

Servsafe

ServSafe is accepted by the American National Standards Institute and the National Restaurant Association. It's valid for a total of five years, giving participants the know-how that they need to properly handle food. This program is conducted by a ServSafe instructor and participants will undergo the necessary training and assessment.

Wine & Spirits Appreciation Sessions

Wine & Spirits appreciation is a very important aspect of business and etiquette. This is a class component which supplements our corporate training courses aimed at honing one’s appreciation for finer wines and spirits through tasting a premium selection of liquors as well as a comprehensive suite demonstrations on presentation and storage.

Ships’ Catering Services NC III

This course focuses on sharpening catering skills whose foundations were built during NC I and NC II. Enderun’s expert culinary faculty and world-class facilities give participants the opportunity to learn new recipes, execute proper sanitation of all relevant areas, and practice proper negotiation skills.

Kitchen Rental

In partnership with Franke, The Study's kitchen space boasts of outstanding design and equipment, giving entrepreneurs an avenue to concoct recipes and beverages. Our industry-tier kitchen aims to function as a home base for entrepreneurs to create, test, and refine recipes while they are guided through the restaurant development process by our culinary experts. This option gives participants the opportunity to cook, work, and collaborate in a kitchen furnished with the best appliances, layout, and storage facilities.

Hospitality

Beverage Skills Service Procedures

This program focuses on giving participants a comprehensive introduction into the world of bar keeping by providing them both with content and context. The course will be a mix of hands-on drills, informative talks, and assessments all calibrated against international industry standards.

Customer Care 101

Customer Care 101 is designed to cover all bases of hotel-tier housekeeping. It emphasizes the need for housekeeping staff to be up to date when it comes to industry-caliber service. Participants are expected to gain intensive know-how on housekeeping skills as well as SOPs and guidelines.

F & B Frontliner Image Training

This program is designed to equip F&B frontliners with the skills needed to deliver an exceptional customer dining experience. It covers every part of the frontliner-customer interaction, from the moment the guest enters the establishment to the moment the guest leaves. Program coverage focuses on proper etiquette and image enhancement.

Executive Housekeeping Services

Front Office & Reception Skills Development

This is a program that specifically targets hotel front desk operations. With an emphasis on the importance of initial customer contact, the course is designed to elevate and refine front office customer handling skills. Taking an intensive look at the ins and outs of the customer service experience, this program provides participants with a battery of interactive roleplay modules, hands-on demonstrations, and immersive talks run by industry experts.

Introduction to Restaurant Operations

In this program, participants will gain a bird's eye view of the theoretical and practical skills needed to run a food establishment, from concept creation to menu development to budgeting. Through a succession of task-centered talks, case study discussions, and hands-on drills lead by industry leaders, participants will leave the workshop with the know-how they need to provide excellent restaurant management.

Professional Development

Foreign Language

The Study offers a diverse number of languages, including German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, and Tagalog, among others. Whether participants are looking for a one-on-one engagement or a group class environment, they will be able to develop their fluency through audio and visual materials that focus on learning through conversation.

Personal Branding & Image Enhancement

Through this demonstration-centered class, participants learn the practical skills they need to improve their image, they also learn which factors go into developing their own personal brand. Comprised of both immersive lectures and participation-driven roleplay activities, participants will leave the program with the mindset needed to think of image as an investment and the skills to build it.

Public Speaking

This Public Speaking course shows participants how to speak confidently in front of a crowd. Through a series of workshops, hands-on activities, and process-centered lectures, participants are expected to come away from the class with the skills it takes to deliver an informative, impactful professional speech.
